Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription products and recurring purchase options offered by MYCL Wellness ("we," "us," or "our"), including our Subscribe & Save program. This policy is designed to comply with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 17600-17606) and similar consumer protection laws in other jurisdictions.

By enrolling in any subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to the terms set forth below.

How Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in a MYCL Wellness subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file and ship the selected products at the recurring interval you choose. Subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel.

At the time of enrollment, the following details are clearly displayed at checkout:

  • The product(s) included in the subscription;
  • The price of each recurring charge;
  • The frequency of recurring charges (e.g., every 30 days, every 60 days);
  • The shipping address and payment method on file;
  • The cancellation method and contact information.

Automatic Renewal Disclosure

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Your subscription will automatically renew at the interval you selected (e.g., monthly, every two months);
  2. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the displayed recurring price on each renewal date;
  3. Subscriptions will continue to renew indefinitely until you cancel, even if the original promotional rate has ended;
  4. Recurring charges may include applicable taxes and shipping fees, calculated at the time of each renewal.

If we are unable to charge your payment method on file, we may retry the charge over a period of several days. If the charge ultimately fails, your subscription may be paused or canceled, and you may lose any promotional pricing associated with the subscription.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalty or cancellation fee. Cancellation is easy and can be completed using any of the following methods:

Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)

  1. Log into your customer account at myclwellness.com
  2. Navigate to Manage Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen prompts

By Email

Send a cancellation request to Info@MYCLWellness.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your subscription
  • The order number or subscription you wish to cancel

We will confirm your cancellation by email within 1-2 business days.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

To prevent your next scheduled renewal from being processed and shipped, your cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date shown in your customer account.

  • Cancellations received before the 24-hour cutoff will stop all future renewals. You will not be charged again.
  • Cancellations received within 24 hours of the next renewal, or after the renewal has already been processed, may not stop the next shipment. The order will be processed and shipped as scheduled, and you will not be charged for any further renewals after that one.
  • Once a renewal order has been shipped, it is treated as a completed purchase and is subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Modifying Your Subscription

You may modify your subscription at any time without canceling, including:

  • Skipping a delivery — push the next renewal date forward
  • Pausing the subscription — temporarily suspend renewals
  • Changing frequency — adjust how often you receive shipments
  • Updating shipping address or payment method

Modifications can be made through your customer account at myclwellness.com or by contacting Info@MYCLWellness.com.

Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

If we make a material change to the price, frequency, or terms of your subscription, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your subscription at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The notification will clearly identify the change and explain how to cancel if you do not agree.

Your continued participation in the subscription after the effective date of the change constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel using any of the methods described above before the change takes effect.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

  • Renewal orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled and refunded in full if cancellation is received before processing begins.
  • Renewal orders that have shipped are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost, minus shipping fees.
  • We do not issue retroactive refunds for prior subscription cycles that were not canceled in time, except where required by law.

Promotional Subscriptions and Free Trials

Some subscription offers may include introductory or promotional pricing, free trials, or bundled discounts. If applicable:

  • The introductory or promotional period will be clearly identified at checkout, including the start date, end date, and the price that will apply after the promotional period ends.
  • After the promotional period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard recurring price unless you cancel before the promotional period ends.
  • Canceling during a free trial period will prevent any future charges; you may continue to use any products already received in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Right to Cancel — California Residents

Under the California Automatic Renewal Law, California consumers have the right to cancel automatic renewal subscriptions at any time. MYCL Wellness honors this right for all customers, regardless of state of residence, by providing the cancellation methods described above.

Right to Cancel — Other States

Customers in other U.S. states may have additional cancellation rights under their local laws (for example, New York, Illinois, Vermont, Oregon, and others have automatic renewal statutes). We honor all applicable state laws and provide easy cancellation regardless of where you live.
