By opting in, you also agree to our SMS Terms and confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in.

4. Payment Information

We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers. All payment transactions are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors, including but not limited to:

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We may "share" personal information with advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA. To opt out, email us at Info@MYCLWellness.com with the subject line "Do Not Share" or use the opt-out signal (Global Privacy Control) in your browser.

Categories of personal information we collect (as defined by CCPA): identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from the above.

Sources include: directly from you, automatically from your interactions with the Site, and from third-party service providers.

Business purposes for collection include: providing the Services, processing orders, marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Authorized Agent

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require verification of the agent's authority and your identity.

10. Children's Privacy

MYCL Wellness offers products formulated for both adults and children. However, the Services (including this Site, account registration, purchasing, and marketing communications) are intended for use by adults only. Account holders must be at least 18 years of age. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for purchasing and managing products on behalf of children in their care.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization, as required by California law.

Parents and guardians who purchase MYCL Wellness products formulated for children remain the account holders and are responsible for administering those products to their children under appropriate supervision and in accordance with product labeling.

MYCL Wellness operates in the United States.
