At MYCL Wellness, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Because many of our products are consumable food and beverage items, we maintain strict return guidelines to protect the health and safety of our customers. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing or requesting a return.
All Sales Are Final, With Limited Exceptions
All sales of MYCL Wellness products are final. We accept returns only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging, and only under the conditions described below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have torn, broken, or missing tamper-evident seals;
- Items not purchased directly from www.myclwellness.com (purchases through Amazon, retail partners, or unauthorized resellers must be returned through the original seller);
- Products without a valid order number or proof of purchase from MYCL Wellness;
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or purchased during a clearance event;
- Gift cards, which are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged;
- Apparel and merchandise that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
- Items received by our warehouse without prior return authorization.
Returning Unopened Products
To return an eligible unopened product:
- Submit a return request within 30 days of the original delivery date by emailing Info@MYCLWellness.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization from our Customer Support team. We will issue authorization within 2-3 business days and provide return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item(s) within 14 days of receiving return authorization. The item must be postmarked within this window — we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your name, address, and order number inside the package.
- Ensure the product is in its original, unopened condition with all seals intact. Opened, damaged, or visibly tampered-with items will be refused and no refund will be issued.
Returns received without prior authorization, or postmarked more than 14 days after authorization, will not be processed and the product will be discarded or returned to you at your expense.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@MYCLWellness.com with:
- Your order number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping) at our discretion. You will not be required to return a damaged item unless we specifically request it.
Reports of damaged, defective, or incorrect orders submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Wait 48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before final delivery;
- Check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier;
- Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at Info@MYCLWellness.com if the package has not appeared.
We will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address but subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Subscription Orders
For customers enrolled in our subscription program ("Subscribe & Save"):
- You may skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal by logging into your customer account or contacting Info@MYCLWellness.com.
- If a subscription renewal is processed and shipped before you can cancel it, you may request cancellation of the next renewal cycle. Once shipped, the order is treated as a normal purchase and subject to the standard return policy above.
- Subscription discounts and any associated free shipping benefits are forfeited if the subscription is canceled before the minimum commitment period (if applicable to your plan).
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping fee (unless the return is due to our error).
- Please allow 7-14 business days from the date your return arrives at our warehouse for inspection and processing.
- After approval, refunds typically post to your account within 5-10 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds may take longer during peak shipping periods (e.g., holidays, major promotions). We appreciate your patience.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that arrive at our warehouse opened, damaged, or in a condition that does not match the description provided in the return request.
Restocking Fees
We do not currently charge restocking fees. MYCL Wellness reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on returns that exceed reasonable frequency or appear to be in violation of the spirit of this policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect order shipped by us.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us at Info@MYCLWellness.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and quickly. Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting us may be removed from our customer database and prohibited from making future purchases.
Health and Safety Disclaimers
- Always review the full ingredient list on each product label before consuming, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. MYCL Wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- The information on our website is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before using our products, particularly if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medications, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any adverse reaction.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect on the date of your order is the policy that applies to that order. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
